胸懷千萬里，飛越聖母峰！斑頭雁是少數能飛越喜馬拉雅山的高原鳥類。斑頭雁來到宜蘭，轟動全臺鳥友為之瘋狂，返回前長時間在田地休憩覓食，剛好地主也是愛鳥人士，堅持不用農藥也不種新秧苗，斑頭雁要休息多久都可以。一些鳥友紛紛在網路上表示，樂意收購此良田所生產的有機稻米。斑頭雁到此一遊，留下迷鳥和人類的一段佳話！

The bar-headed goose has a long migration route, including above Mount Everest! It is among the few highland bird species that fly over the Himalayas. The arrival of bar-headed geese to Yilan caused a great sensation. They stayed for a long time, resting and foraging in a pesticide-free paddy owned by a bird lover. That landowner delayed planting his rice seedlings, to encourage them to stay longer. Some bird lovers commented online that they hoped to purchase the organic rice produced in that fertile paddy. Those vagrant birds left behind some great stories!
