蜻蜓與豆娘屬於蜻蛉目，都是肉食性昆蟲，是空中的昆蟲捕食者，也可能是被捕食者。在野外觀察生態，偶爾會遇到蜻蜓或豆娘捕食同類，不過比較常看到蜻蜓或豆娘捕食較小的飛蟲。本作品依序呈現蜻蛉類被捕食的組圖，圖1：青紋細蟌捕食另一種豆娘，圖2：粗鉤春蜓捕食另一種蜻蜓，圖3：螳螂捕食蜻蜓。

Dragonflies and damselflies are carnivorous insects that belong to the order Odonata. They are aerial predators and sometimes prey. In the wild, you may encounter dragonflies or damselflies preying on their own kind. However, they mostly hunt flying insects that are smaller than themselves.
