蕈菇是山林野地間常出現的小精靈。臺灣屬亞熱帶氣候，春雨過後濕度高，山林及步道區都是它喜歡生長的環境。蕈菇種類、形狀和顏色無奇不有，生長基質有土生、木生、葉生等類。有人以蕈菇為食，但不是每一種類皆可當作食材或有療效。姑且不論它的價值，走進山林間，可多多注目這些大自然微小又令人療癒的真菌。

Mushrooms are like elves suddenly appearing in the forest. Taiwan has a subtropical climate with high levels of humidity after spring rainstorms. Mushrooms prefer to grow in mountain forests and along trails. There are many species with varying shapes and colors. Their growth substrates include soil, wood, and leaves. Some people eat mushrooms but not every species is edible or has medicinal properties. Regardless of their value, when walking in a mountain forest, pay attention to these tiny healing fungi in their natural habitat.
